Scam Alert: Fraudulent Phone Calls

CNB has recently identified a rise in fraudulent phone calls where scammers disguise their caller ID to appear as our client support number. Please be aware that CNB will never call to request sensitive information such as your password, one-time verification codes, complete debit card details, card expiration date, the three-digit number printed on the back of your card, or to ask for access to your phone or computer. If you receive a call that seems suspicious – even if it looks like it’s from CNB – end the call immediately. To stay safe, contact us directly using the phone number printed on the back of your debit card or the official contact number listed on our website at CNBTN.com.
