1973 CNB opens its doors in the Sevier County Community with 6 employees and $1.25 Million in capital.
1974 First Pigeon Forge Branch opens.
1976 Acknowledging the needs of the Northview Community, CNB opens Kodak Branch.
1983 CNB moves into new Main Office, 200 Forks of the River Parkway with $34 Million in Assets.
1985 First Automated Teller Machine (ATM) was installed at the Main Office location.
1985 Gatlinburg Office opens on Highway 321.
1988 CNB starts the adopt-a-school program in Sevier County by adopting Sevierville Primary School.
1992 CNB acquires Seymour Branch to establish presence in the Tri-County area.

1992 The residential mortgage loan department opens.
1993 A new state-of-the-art checking system was launched to customers, featuring the first Image Statements in the State of Tennessee.
1994 An in-house Credit Card Department opens, issuing both VISA and MasterCard.

1995 Leading the way, CNB introduces Supermarket banking to Sevier County, opening its Wal-Mart Supercenter location.
1997 CNB launches a web site on the World Wide Web.
1997 Expressline phone banking system is launched offering customers account access 24 hours a day.
1997 CNB opens Investment Center offering customers a wide range of services.
1998 CNB acquires branch locations in the Seymour and Pigeon Forge Kroger Stores.
1998 CNB tops $300 Million in Assets during its 25th Anniversary Year.
2000 As an added convenience to customers, CNB launches Internet Banking with optional bill payment, Free Checking and Overdraft Protection.
2000 Serving the residents and business owners in downtown Gatlinburg, CNB opens its 2nd branch in Gatlinburg.
2000 CNB launches Good Life Program with travel and activities for customers age 50 and over.
2001 CNB opens in-store branch in the new Kroger store in Sevierville.
2001 CNB launches Treasury Management Services Department featuring Internet Banking for businesses.
2003 CNB celebrates 30th year anniversary with over $400 million in assets.

2004 CNB expands into Jefferson County with opening a branch in Dandridge.

2005 CNB purchases former Sun Trust Bank property for future expansion in downtown Sevierville.

2009 CNB launches GoMobile Banking allowing customers a safe and secure way to access their account information directly from their cell phone.
