SERVICING UPDATE: WE’RE HERE FOR YOU!
Posted March 19, 2020
The Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation continues to evolve and we continue to evaluate how we can help our employees, clients and community. Serving our communities has been a priority since the day we opened our doors and that commitment remains as important today as ever. While we have sent prior communications, we wanted to provide a more inclusive and updated communication as current news and events continue to shape the impact to our communities.
We Are Strong:
We take pride in being a BauerFinancial Five Star bank. We manage the bank to ensure we operate from a strong capital and liquidity position. Both are as strong as they have ever been. Rest assured that we are here for our clients. While we will monitor the situation daily and adjust our plan if necessary, we do not plan to close any locations at this time. We have numerous branch locations across Sevier, Jefferson, Hamblen and Knox counties including 10 non-traditional branches offering extended evening hours and Saturday banking. For a complete list of our branch locations and hours of operation, click here.
We do encourage our clients to consider using our drive-thru services, online and digital channels as well as our call center at 865-429-7521 during this time. We have a very robust and safe Mobile Banking app that allows you to deposit a check, pay bills, transfer money and check balances from your mobile device at any time, from anywhere.

We Are Here to Help:
As the COVID-19 situation develops, our entire team is here to help. You rely on us for your financial needs and we will continue to provide the help and services you need.
If you have been negatively impacted from the effects of COVID-19, our team of bankers are ready to help you navigate this challenging environment. Please speak with your banker or branch personnel. We are listening and learning from our conversations to better understand the best way to help each client.
Beware of Scams:
Unfortunately, cyber criminals seize on every opportunity to take advantage of their victims. It is natural to be uneasy about COVID-19. Please be aware of suspicious emails or text messages that may be impersonating someone you know or some company or government agency. Ultimately, these criminals want you to share sensitive information with them. We will never reach out to you for personal information such as your username, passwords or PIN.
Keeping Employees and Clients Safe:
High touch areas in our branches are being disinfected multiple times per day. Coffee pots and snacks have been removed from our common areas. We continue to encourage good hygiene and frequent hand washing among our employees. We have restricted nonessential travel. We have implemented reporting procedures for our employees so that we can quickly identify potential exposure to COVID-19.
We will continue to evaluate and monitor this situation and adjust accordingly. For the latest information about COVID-19, please visit cdc.gov.
